This ePortfolio course will assist you in identifying your essential skills and abilities, based on your life experiences and education.
Presentation 0.3: Portfolios and ePortfolios: Career Self Management Tools
Portfolios and ePortfolios are career self management tools that can be useful to anyone who is experiencing a career transition; who wants to change occupations, or simply wants to discover their strengths, gaps and goals. For example, they provide a bridge for immigrants experiencing barriers to employment due to a lack of Canadian experience. Prior learning can be presented in a positive manner, with evidence of transferable skills.

This program follows a 5 step approach to building portfolios. Each of the steps builds upon the previous; resulting in a comprehensive collection of your skills, abilities, achievements and successful attitudes. You will be able to build an effective resumes and be more prepared for interviews.

This photo will be far too large for online viewing and may need to be edited in other ways, such as cropping. Your task is to edit your photo to become an icon for your online identity on Career Portfolio Manitoba.
